Jang Geun Suk Purchases Building Worth 10 Billion Won (9.2 million USD) !

Manila, Philippines – Actor Jang Geun Suk purchases a 10 billion worth six story building which is equivalent to 9.2 million USD. The building was said to be bought by the actor for his own work, but the specifics wasn’t released yet. He bought the building together with co-investors last March. It was also said that he bought the building using his own money, that he saved up over his long-time career. The building, previously owned by popular comedian Suh Se Won, is located in Non Hyun Dong, a major business district of Seoul. A lot of Korean stars purchase buildings once they are financially stable but it’s rare for an actor in his 20s to purchase a building like this.

2011 is truly the year of Jang Geun Suk. He has done advertisements in Thailand  and China at the start of year. Recently his OFC has started getting orders for his own magazine entitled “Cri-J” and he also recently signed up with HS Media China and was said to make an official fan club for his Chinese fans soon. He’s also the current endorser of Nature Republic, a popular cosmetics company in Japan. He’s also the endorser of Samsung Galaxy Player and Suntory Makkeoli. Whew! That’s a lot of activities for one actor! I hope he soars higher!  JANG GEUN SUK!
