J.Y. Park to appear on ‘Healing Camp’ ^.^

It turns out that singer and producer J.Y. Park will be featured as the guest of an upcoming episode of‘Healing Camp‘.

A staff member on the production team of SBS‘s ‘Healing Camp’ revealed to Star News on April 21st, “J.Y. Park will be participating in next Wednesday’s (April 25th) recording of ‘Healing Camp.”

Although it seem J.Y. Park has been confirmed, not much else seems to have been finalized at the moment. The staff member continued, “We haven’t finalized the filming location and the time, but they’ll soon be decided.”

In related news, J.Y. Park, who is currently serving as one of the judges on ‘K-Pop Star’, released his duet song with “Someone Else” with Brown Eyed Girls‘ Ga-In on April 22nd.

‘K-Pop Star’ releases practice photos of Park Ji Min with GD&TOP !

With just a few hours away for the semi-final round of ‘K-Pop Star‘, producers of the show have released several photos of Park Ji Min with GD&TOP, whom she will be collaborating with this week.

The April 22nd live broadcast of ‘K-Pop Star’ has the Top 3 finalists set for a collaboration stage with top artists under the three agencies (YG, JYP, SM): Park Ji Min with GD&TOP, Lee Ha Yi with miss A, and Baek Ah Yeon with Girls’ Generation‘s Taeyeon and Tiffany.

The photos that were recently released display Park Ji Min and GD&TOP rehearsing in the practice room. Fans were also able to get a glimpse of what their interaction would be like. Producers of ‘K-Pop Star’ met with the three performers and were able to witness their first meet as well as them working together in the practice room. It is said that in order to get comfortable with Park Ji Min, GD&TOP were the first to approach the finalist, make jokes, and more.

After rehearsal, Park Ji Min remarked, “It felt like it was all a dream. I’m honored.” She then expressed her greed saying, “I better do well. I hope to do a lot better than my previous performances.”

BoA says “thank you” to Netizens’ criticism !

BoA, who is currently a judge on SBS‘ ‘K-Pop Star‘, thanked Netizens even for their criticism.

On April 20th, a Netizen commented on BoA’s Twitter, saying “If you decide to come back as a judge on season 2, I would appreciate it if you showed the basic skills of a competent judge, instead of just caring about clothes and make-up. Your judging full of gibberish and the same exact comments every week… it was a bit too much.”

In response, BoA simply responded with “Oh… Okay… Thank you.” At the extremely subjective criticism, BoA did not express any anger and took in the comments very humbly, earning the respect of her fans.

On the episode of ‘K-Pop Star’, which will air on April 22nd, the Top 3 contestants, Baek Ah Yeon,Park Ji Min, and Lee Ha Yi, will sing their hearts out in a fierce battle with the end of the show just ahead.
